Rob Wigle Courthouse Concert

Energetic, Traditional Maritime Folk

About this experience

Rob Wigle in a nutshell

Rob Wigle has been playing guitar and mandolin for over 25 years, and any other instrument he could get his hands on.  As a boy he was fascinated by anyone who could play a musical instrument (he still is) and was influenced by popular folk music of the sixties and seventies. Deep in his Maritime roots Rob was lured by the sounds of popular TV shows such as Don Messer, Sing Along Jubilee, and Take Time where he heard good songs, stories, and outstanding performances by East Coast musicians and entertainers.

Rob has been writing songs and playing roots music since he was a teenager.  Rob also dabbled in Rock-n-Roll and Blues, playing lead guitar and vocals with the Fedoras, then later in Lightning and The Boltz. He is a current member of the celtic trio Celtic Rant while also reestablising himself as an East Coast solo performer and recording artist.
